Return Policy
If you would like to return an item, you must notify us within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the original packaging. A restocking fee may apply. Please note that sale items at 50% off or greater are FINAL SALE.
To initiate a return, email us at returns@shopdwell.co with your order information, reason for returning, and requested outcome; exchange, refund, donation. We will provide instructions for completing the process. We require proof of purchase for all returns.
Please note, Dwell is not responsible for shipping costs and all shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification. Once verified the return condition, if approved you will then be eligible for an exchange or refund. For an exchange, the items will be shipped to you at an additional shipping cost. For a refund, your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 3-4 business days.
